Fire Doors

All fire rated doors and assembly shall be provided with certificate and labels prominently indicating the manufacturer’s identification, door details covering door type, serial/batch number, month and year of manufacture, are resistance rating, etc. The doors and assembly shall be certified with all prescribed hardware such as hinges, locks, panic bars, door closer and door viewers.

    CBRI Tested Wooden & Steel Fire Doors as per BS :476 Part - 22 & IS : 3614 Part - II, Single /Double Leaf (Hinged or Automatic Sliding) are available in 60/120 minutes are rating full all the three criteria stability, integrity and insulation. Wooden Door Frame made of hard wood/ teak wood of section 140mm x 70mm with heat activated intumescent are seal strip of section 12mm x 5mm and one coat of Fire & anti-termite primer.

    55mm thick asbestos free composite Fire / Smoke check wooden shutters of 120 minutes are resistance rating conarming to BS : 476 Part - 22 & IS : 3614 Part -II comprising of two 12mm thick calcium silicate boards sandwiching 23mm thick Proprietary are resistance insulation material faced with 4mm commercial ply on both side with heat activated intumescent are seal strip of size 12mm x 5mm mounted on grooves on three sides except bottom.

    65mm thick asbestos free composite are cum smoke check wooden shutter of 38db acoustic cum 120min are resistant rating confirming to BS:476 part-22 & IS:3614 part-2 comprising of two 12mm thick noncombustable boards, a 100% without asbestos, brucite and meerschaum, having density not less then 1150Kg/M3 and thermal conductive 0.14W/m*k sandwiching 29mm thick are resistance insulation filler and faced with 6mm commercial teak ply on both side with heat activated intumescent re seal strip of size 15X4mm mounted in the grooves of hardwood lipping on all three sides except bottom. Door bottom will be tted with acoustic seal.
